Accommodation

There is a good choice of places to stay in and around Bath , though w e advise booking early as accommodation is at premium at this time of year. Rooms are available at our conference venue -  The Apex Hotel, Bath - and can be booked directly with them.  Alternatively, we have reserved spaces in well-priced student accommodation at near by Green Park House, Bath . Please contact us for more Information on how to book GPH.

For the Quantocks event, there are a number of B&Bs in the area as it is a popular holiday destination and one of Europe’s top mountain bike destinations (click here for links to B&Bs). We strongly recommend, however, that delegates book B&B at Quantock Lodge, Over Stowey, TA5 1HD (please contact us to reserve a room). There is ample parking at the Lodge and it is only a short  walk through the formal Park to the venue for the symposium. Quantock Lodge, the former home of the first Lord Taunton, built in 1860, became a school in the 1960s and today offers good value rooms (single, double and family rooms) all with breakfast.

If you have any questions regarding where to stay, please contact us and we will do our our best to help. Sign up to our Newsletter so you can keep up to date.
